On the outside, he’s a freak, he’s the boy who cannot feel anything except anger. But on the inside, in the past, he was just a boy. He was a boy who wanted to feel happy, to feel the warmth of another person and to feel like a person.
He was vulnerable, he feared just as much as people feared him. He put himself out to be a tougher guy than what he really was, a boy. To be feared is better than being feared, that was the mindset he kept throughout his middle school and high school days.

Such a strange type of world. What makes one believe that once something goes wrong, everything in their life crashes down? No matter how big or small the situation might get, nobody should ever have to feel like everything is over.
As she was but a mere feline, walking on all four paws and doing nothing but meow and beg for attention, she knew when her loved ones suffered. Day by day, she watched as her big brother wandered into the house, the smell of cigarettes covered up the musk scent that made her feel warm. She watched as he stumbled up into his room, his eyes burning red and his hair completely disheveled.
Not once did her mom and dad acknowledge how badly he looked, even as she meowed out in fear.
