Summary
“Diluc,” Kaeya Alberich says, barely above a whisper, most of the way to a question. This is impossible. Diluc is going to pass out. He’s going to faint in front of Jean’s baby sister and in front of Kaeya because he is here, in their childhood rink, close enough to— to touch.
Diluc hasn't spoken to Kaeya since they were kids, skating for the same novice team. But Kaeya has a new coach and Diluc has a new bar, and they're both in Mondstadt for the first time in over ten years.
And Diluc is still entirely, pathetically, head-over-heels for him.
