Pansy was cold. In June. It wasn’t because she was holidaying in Antarctica or taking a swim in some frigid lake in Norway. Nope, Pansy was cold in the month of June because her husband decided to wage a silent war via the thermostat. Summoning her thickest fleece lined cloak, she pulled it closely around her as she left her puddle of blankets on the settee. She made her way over to the blasted thing for the second time today and switched it back up to a bearable temp. 16℃ is absurd! No sane person thinks that this is an acceptable temperature for a house for Merlin’s sake, she thinks. After thwacking it up to a moderate 22℃, Pansy decided to confront the blasted wizard. This cold war has gone on long enough.
