Deku took a moment at this, eyebrows pinching in concentration as he either assessed his injuries or just processed Katsuki's request, he didn't know.
"M'back hurts," he mumbled finally, head lolling to the side like it weighed a hundred tons, "s hard t' breathe, m'legs're stuck 'n..."
The unfocused gaze widened for a moment, then fell. The silence that stretched was unsettling, and Katsuki was about to yell at the nerd to hurry up and stop keeping him in suspense when the whisper reached his ears.
"Kacchan, I can't feel m'legs."
Katsuki and Izuku are trapped in an elevator, except it's angsty and under a building. They reminisce while Izuku tries to simultaneously not die of his injuries or of his feelings. Gayness ensues.

After months of torture in the name of what appears to be science… how can they return to their dream of becoming heroes? After becoming so severely trauma-bonded, what does this mean for their relationship?OR: BakuDeku are kidnapped after the war, get tortured and trauma bonded, and have to learn to cope with it and carve out a new meaning in life (and also maybe get together).

As corny as it sounds, they will have to work together to survive post-war West Virginia until after the commission forgives them. This time, even his ego feels muted by this deep melancholy that has taken over. The only warmth he ever knows these days comes from sharing the same space with Izuku. Why? Because he understands. He knows what this hurt is, and how it’s eating them both alive.
Izuku’s different lately, angry, confused… he lashes out a lot. But feeling as lost as he does, Bakugo can only remain by his side, hoping one day, things don’t feel I as shitty as they do now.

Lovestruck is a quirk that renders the victim hopelessly bound to the first person they talk to after impact, and any distance that grows between them worsens their fever.
Katsuki finds himself dragging along a wistful Izuku, counting the seconds until his life will go back to normal. But, after such an experience, can it go back to normal?
DISCLAIMER: the ending is sort off... cliffhanger-y, but not an totally unfinished, or sad, ending. Chapter 19 is only an update, and there is actually 18 chapters!
