Naruto is blissfully unaware of the goings-on of what alphas or omegas or betas are. No clue. No one bothered to explain it to him, or better yet, with no parents, there was no one to explain it to him. Sure, there were some weird things he spotted here and there, but he never paid too much attention to it. It wasn't until he started feeling sick that he realized something might be wrong. He was just hungover, right?
