Summary
Dainsleif is a man of many mysteries- or so he makes it out to be. He's cold and distant, head running hotter than a fucking pyro regisvine, constantly preaching how he has no time for otherworldly things. He has a mission to do and he'll stop at near nothing to achieve it, even if it means trying - and failing miserably - to keep his feelings for you at bay.
Dainsleif is a weak man and you're the reason he's crumbling. It's addiciting to come undone, letting himself enjoy that which he had believed he no longer deserved. The sheer love he has for you is pathetic and if only you knew a fraction of what when through his mind when gazing upon you, he'd never be able to show his face again.
OR
Dain is down bad for you and it utterly terrifies him.
