"Tell me honestly, are you Satoru Gojo because you're the strongest, or are you the strongest because you're Satoru Gojo?" Geto finally spoke after the long silence, making Gojo freeze. His playful demeanor completely disintegrating, replaced by confusion and seriousness
And then, Gojo muttered silently
"I am both," Gojo whispered.
"I was raised as a weapon— to be the strongest of them all. Using my Six Eyes, I am the strongest. This is who I am. This is my purpose." Gojo answered honestly, letting the words from his head flow directly to his mouth
The atmosphere darkened. Silence engulfed them both. Only the faint crackle of Geto's almost wholly burnt cigarette, burning him numb, was heard inside the classroom
How is Gojo supposed to pull Geto off from the murky waters of his own thoughts when Gojo himself considers his purpose to be yet another weapon, just like what Geto thinks?
Just then, Gojo added
"I may be raised to be the strongest, but with you by my side, I am much stronger than any weapon combined. You are my one and only. Together, we are both the strongest of them all. With us together, it never feels lonely at the top."
"But I prefer us to be just us."
