He doesn’t fear for his life, Jaemin made sure to tell him he wouldn’t hurt him, and that reassured Donghyuck enough to not worry about it. But still, there is fear. Because the man on top of him, who’s nosing at Donghyuck’s neck and growling while simultaneously grinding his hips down, is not the same man he once knew. He’s different, different from the Jaemin he knew when he first started working as his bodyguard.

There was a certain fragility in sharing a drink, a cobweb spun from fishing line. He didn't want to be the first to ask what was happening. And, even though he was in Jaemin's house and drinking Jaemin's liquor, he knew Jaemin wouldn't be the first to say anything.
Chenle would stare at his sleeping form, his broad back and shoulders, and wish he would say something. Anything. But it would never come. Jaemin was the type of person to overshare simplistic details of himself and conceal what truly made him tick.
