Summary
“If you’re looking for the best co-ed sleepaway camp that Massachusetts has to offer, look no further than the Cape's own Camp Compass Points, nestled on the idylic Lake Zephyr. Stay for a few weeks, or the whole summer; you’ll leave with precious memories and friends for life." — 2017 brochure
Depending on who you ask, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov are either the best or worst things that could ever happen to your summer break. At least, if you’re lucky enough to be in one of their cabins during session four, you won’t even have to worry about what side of the Metros-Raiders color war you’re on.
While their rivalry is the stuff of camp legends, their futures are uncertain: and their seven years of history are quickly catching up to them. Senior year of college is right around the corner, and behind that, the real world. Soon, Ilya will be back in Boston, and Shane will be back in Montreal: and they may never return to Compass Points again.
But, for the next ten weeks— it’s home.
Or: the Hollanov sleepaway camp AU that no one asked for.
