Last ch 12
Robby doesn't like Peds, takes too long for their resident to come down. Dennis is in Peds, still roommates with Trinity. Robby doesn't know who everyone is talking about but doesn't like him sin he takes too long to come down. Eventually, Robby meets Dennis and is awestruck. Robby even apologies to Dennis after he snaps one day. The Pittlings hear about it and are shocked Robby could apologize. Trinity and Dennis arrive late to work to save a girl who was on the side of the road. Robby asks Dennis if he wants to get a drink after shift.
Dennis says yes and is excited. Robby over thinks why he asked Dennis out and thinks about backing out. But Trinity gives Robby Dennis's number and he's happy about it.
They grab burgers and easily talk.about everything. Robby isnt sure if it"s a date or what he wants. Dennis is giddy and had a nice time thinking it's a date.
Robby concludes it's not a date and is awkward with Dennis the next day at work. Trinity has to tell Robby everything and makes him realize how stupid he is. Robby and Dennis talk about their miscommunication and it ends with a 2nd first date. Robby asks to keep it a secret for now. Dennis is a little.sad but agrees.
A month or more passes and Dennis is slowly over working himself to the point he falls asleep during a date. Robby takes him home.and makes him sleep and take the next day off work. -

Summary
The conference itself would’ve been bad enough on its own. Three days in Virginia Beach with physicians from across the East Coast attending lectures and networking events and social hours that nobody actually wanted to participate in. But no, PTMC had also agreed to some commemorative panel recognizing the one-year anniversary of Pittfest.
Meaning Robby somehow ended up scheduled the next day to accept a departmental honor recognizing “exceptional leadership and emergency response coordination during mass casualty management.” There would apparently also be a plaque. A shiny new plaque to hang in the ED. Because nothing helped process collective trauma like polished wood and engraved brass.
Or, Robby is selected to sit on a conference panel commemorating Pittfest and accept an award on behalf of PTMC. (Inspired by the photo of Noah Wyle looking *lovingly* at a picture of Gerran/Dennis)

Last ch is 47
Dennis is a hidden Omega who takes suppressor to show Beta. He gets them from J and R.
They started having sex regularly during Dennis's first heat in 10 years.
Robby and Jack are alphas who are now bonded.
R and J love Dennis. Dennis can only give sex for now but he cares for them too.
Jesse is a Beta friend who also shows Dennis that there are others like him.
R and J can feel Dennis's emotions through their bond.
Dennis goes to a hidden trans meeting and runs into Langdon.
Government issues travel band on Ommies since Canada passed to issue omega drugs.
Dennis is good at hiding his anxiety. Jack not so much. Robby goes to temple to see if they could help, but they won't.
Dennis outs himself to Trinity and Joy.
Trinity comes back home and talks with Dennis
Dennis brings Jack to a trans meeting. Langdon was blinded but chills out once Jack talks about the three way bond. Everyone else is also really interested about it too. Dennis totally has real feelings for Jack and Robby.
ch32
Jack does a Disillusionment bond for an omega whose abused. Dennis deals with the ass alpha and defends himself. Dennis tells Jack and Robby that he wants to enjoy being in heat with them.
Dennis has a lovely heat and they spoil him. They are all bonded now.
ch 34
Robby got caught stealing meds. No one knew about Jack or Dennis. They flee to Canada. They have a layover in Seattle and Robby gets taken by security due to his medical paper. They just make it in time for the flight to Canada. They've made it! Phew
They sleep for 14 hours and Dennis checks his phone. Trinity is worried and pissed and Dennis finds out he's been fired.
Joy's POV. Trinity misses Dennis so much but slowly understands why he had to leave. Trinity tells Jesse that Dennis is okay and then others come over and talk about next steps against government.
Dennis persuade Jack and Robby to speak asylum. The States are making a big show out of the three of them. They are placed in a house while waiting.
Jack upgrades the house and yard to make it cozy. He enjoys doing Ommie things and feels more relaxed than he has in years.
Dennis does a student paper interview and it becomes viral. He does a lot more press to help their case but he's so exhausted from doing it. Robby says he can step in and do some. He may have a job offer.
Jesse's POV Trinity is having the worst of it from the police. They monitor her 24/7. Everyone else from the hospital is also questioned. Jesse is trying to see who else supports the trio.
Robby is working again!! he's questioning his thoughts and old habits that he doesn't like but still went to. Progress for dis-learning norms.
Finally, Jack talking about what's been bugging him...even after a fight and rough sex. He's depressed and misses working. Dennis feels them fighting and then having sex. He just starts the panel when he feels them. He plays into the pain on tv. He's pissed at them.
Jack helps there refugees. Dennis is still pissed at him and Robby. After 2 weeks, Robby forces everyone outside for a walk to distract themselves that their court date is in 2 days. Jack notices a man with a gun walking straight for them and pointed it at Dennis. Jack jumps in between the gun and Dennis and gets shot at.
They arrive at the hospital and Jack goes into surgery. Robby tackled the shooter and pinned him down. Dennis yelled out not to beat him up since they can't do anything bad to go against the ruling. Dennis wants to turn himself him since he blames himself for Jack getting shot. Robby is pissed and Jack knocked some sense into Dennis. Court date was moved back a week to let Jack heal.
Pov Langdon. They hear about someone being shot and not sure who. Langdon and Al-Hashimi have a nice chat and she acknowledges him as an alpha. Joy and him are good friends too. She tells him she bonded with Santos. -

Summary
When Dennis agreed to cover shifts for Dr. Mohan on the night shift, he didn't think he would ever end up here. Kidnapped from the ambulance bay, his head pounding, and having to save the life of a man with limited medical supplies. That was supposed to be it. Somehow, he finds himself snatched up off a sidewalk, in the stables, in front of his home. There were no sacred spaces when you proved your worth.
In the middle of it all, Dennis is confused by the way Dr. Robby and Dr. Abbot are circling him. The way they'd reach out and brush their fingers against his skin. The way they made sure he ate, got rest, and stayed safe. It made him ache with something he hadn't felt in a long time.

Dennis mob kidnapping
Dennis pray the gay away camp
Robby and Dennis are now at Jack's house since a mob guy entered Trinity's apt.
Dennis smashed his phone after seeing Dennie Bean on his phone. Definitely has family trauma
Dennis's family are in the weed underworld business. He escaped but may be found by his family. They would kill him if found. Trinity, Jack, and Robby know.
Robby and Dennis finally have their first kiss.
Jack had a bad shift and both men are comforting him by cuddling in bed.
Myrna grabs Dennis from the hospital and takes him to their mansion. He helps an injured man. James tells Dennis about Davis (his brother) but not all. Dennis is driven back near Jack's place. Robby and Trinity were freaking out since he left the hospital.
Jack and Dennis make out.
Dennis and Robby steal a make out session in the hospital. The 3 of them talk about what they want and they all want to be in a relationship with each other. Robby and Jack learn that Dennis have been receiving cash and other gifts from James. Dennis has an awful nightmare about when he was captured by a rival growers in Nebraska. They tortured him with cattle prongs (tasers). Robby and Jack wake him up and take care of him. Dennis's brother let's him get captured.
Dennis has date night with Robby where it gets steamy on the couch. Jack and Dennis have date night at the diner and talk and get to know each other. Dennis helps Jack with his prosthetic since it's bugging him. They go to sleep cuddling.
David is at the hospital and surprised to see Dennis. David leaves once he hears Robby and Jack. Dennis gets a text probably from Dale. He's worried he's been found by his family.
