He does what anyone would do, and calls his childhood “best friend” Mike Wheeler to calm him down and talk him to sleep every night. But now his dreams feel a bit too real and a phone call away is too far for Will to feel better.

His art is selling, his bed is frequently full, and he's on really excellent terms with his best friend. Even if Mike does live in San Francisco.
But his mom has been bugging him about settling down, and maybe it's just persistence, but Will is starting to feel like there's something missing.
