“Need kids for that.” He says, before he can stop himself, before he can consider the full weight of the words. Seb reaches up to get a whisky glass from the cabinet.
“Would you want that?” Inspecting the glass in his hand for marks, Seb asks him without looking up. As if it’s a passing comment, a question barely worth asking. George can’t really remember when he first noticed it. It’s not a big deal, this hollow feeling he sometimes gets. It’s deep in his chest though and it does make him wince and want to whine. But he can handle it, it’s just one of those weird things, like how Alex won’t eat raw carrots and Lando can't really hop on his left leg. Anyway, he spends time with them, or with Max and Daniel, and Charles and Pierre, and the feeling goes away.
