“That sounds like it would hurt,” Mel frowns.
“No, the V-card isn’t— that’s your— you know what, nevermind,” she huffs. Mel can feel Trinity’s eyes on her in her periphery, looking her up and down, and she self-consciously tucks her hair behind her ear. “So… no boys, huh?” she says thoughtfully.
“Mm-mm,” Mel hums, shaking her head.
“Does that mean… yes girls?” Trinity asks, hesitant and overly careful. Very unlike her usual bravado.

He looks up when Eddie makes a small noise. His gaze finds Eddie’s mouth first, pink and right there, before he very stubbornly reorients to Eddie’s eyes. His eyes that, suddenly, bear a heat Buck’s grown used to over the past couple of months.
“Wanna?” Eddie murmurs, tapping Buck’s hip. “After dinner?”
Heat pools in Buck’s gut, and he nods, a little dazed. “S-sure. Yeah, sure.”
Or: Buck and Eddie fuck sometimes. As friends. With a self-imposed no-talking-during-sex rule. This is fine with Buck. He’s really chill about it.

“Buck,” Eddie manages, voice faint. “I’m trying to be—professional.”
“You’re trying to let me down easy,” Buck replies quietly. “Right. Because I don’t know what I’m doing. Because I’m your TA. Because I’m young. Am I right?”
Eddie stays quiet for a beat, pulse thundering in his ears. He is right. Eddie told him as much the last time he was in this office.
“I-I know what I want, Eddie,” Buck says eventually, filling the silence. “I know what I’m doing. I came onto you. I’ve been trying to make you notice me for— for months, man. I wanted you to look at me.”
Like his gaze is pulled by Buck’s words alone, Eddie lifts his head. Their eyes meet. Buck’s are so pretty—mile-long flaxen lashes framing the nicest blue Eddie has ever seen.
“Yeah,” Buck breathes out, a small smile tugging at his lips. “Like that.”
Or: Professor Eddie Diaz and his frat boy TA.
