Summary
The silence stretched between them then, thick and awkward. Not because they had nothing to say; because they had too much. Too many questions neither wanted to voice first. Too many unspoken rules from Hell suddenly meaningless here.
Vox finally stood, joints cracking in protest. Annoying. Stupid human body. “Look. All I know is we woke up like this. On Earth. Together. With all our memories and none of our powers. So, congratulations, deer boy, you’re stuck with me.”
Alastor pinched the bridge of his nose, inhaling sharply through his teeth. “Let me get this straight. I have been forcibly deposited into a mortal vessel, next to you, with no warning, no explanation, and no immediate means of escape?”
“That’s the gist,” Vox said.
Alastor stared at him.
Then laughed.
Or Alastor and Vox find themselves trapped in Purgatory with human bodies.

“And why,” he hissed sharply. “Would I want to do anything as asinine as to spend more time than I have to with you, especially in a romantic context?” His tongue nearly tied itself in a knot by simply saying the word romantic, his body automatically rebelling at the notion.
“Because,” Vox said coyly, voice low. “If I can’t get you to fall in love with me after a date then I’ll hand you my soul up on a silver platter.” He sat back in his seat with a satisfied look on his face like he’d dealt a killing blow to Alastor. The comparison wouldn’t be inaccurate.
The soul of the TV demon for the price of one measly date sounds ridiuclously easy. It isn't.

Many had marked their calendars in anticipation of what they were effectively calling “Judgement Day” for one loathsome sinner. The event itself was rather absurdist, the first of its kind, for no sinner had ever caused such an uproar that they demanded a second Judgement post-mortem.
What punishment, everyone thought, would be fitting for a man who made such history?
Once, this creature was a man whose voice and manner were adored by the many who followed him. Now, he stood alone, chained, and without the strength to raise his head.
“Let the Judgement of the Media Overlord, Vox, commence.”

Summary
"I need to change my head" Vox whispered, his eye spiralling.
Val looked confused "But isn't that a very old model? It's outdated..."
Vox trembled, "I can't see him..." he whispered, "I need to change it- I can't see him!"
"Who...?" Val asked, getting closer to Vox;
Vox cried out "Al..."
Val stilled "You are doing all of this for that stupid deer... again?"
Vox cried louder, "YES!" he said "I need to! I can't see him!"
"When are you going to realise that he doesn't want you! That he will never take you back! He literally despises you!"
Vox put his hands on his head "Stop it!" his whole face glitched in and out, black screening.

Vox's falls in love at first sight with Alastor and if everything is perfect at the start, their relationship quickly turns sour. Vox tries everything in his power to be friends with Alastor again, and if that's not possible, he just wants to see him one more time without the glitching that characterises Alastor's form on video.
What could go wrong for a very obsessed silly picture box?
