“Who?” Charles asked, genuinely confused.
“Oh, you’re young.” Lando grinned wider. He was definitely hitting on him.
“Give it up, Lan. You’re talking to an ultrasound,” the blond said dryly from over at the counter.
“Now I’m getting attitude from the sexy librarian over here. Great,” Charles shot back, looking straight at the blond in the glasses.
The entire room burst out laughing. The blond looked genuinely offended for a second.
“What? Sexy? You are. Shut up.”
There was a faint, beautiful blush spreading across his sharp cheekbones that made Charles want to do something ridiculous... like lick it right off.
