Summary
Kotetsu never seems to catch a break. He's out of his dream job due to an unforeseen injury. He and his new professors at Stern Bild University just can't seem to get along. And now he's backed into a really expensive looking sports car with money already tight. Not one to simply give up, he comes up with an offer to hopefully ease the burden on his wallet while still owing for the damage to the car: let me buy you dinner until we're even.
Barnaby is overworked, tired, and ready to kick Ryan in the face if he suggests setting up another blind date. Deadlines for his research project are fast approaching, that PhD waving like a flag at the end of a long tunnel. The last thing he needed on his plate was some idiot backing into his parked car while he was busy in the engineering lab. So what if said idiot is an unreasonably handsome, very fit, single father? He's only agreed to the not-dates because it seemed like the easiest and least-likely-to-cause-a-migraine solution. Besides, he has to eat at some point.

Summary
After the island, Seong Gi-hun disappears.
By the time Hwang In-ho finds what’s left of him, Gi-hun is already gone—his memories of the Games cut cleanly out of his mind. Desperate, In-ho follows the only trail Gi-hun leaves behind to a private clinic in Seoul, where he learns exactly what Gi-hun did to forget him.
Then In-ho asks them to do the same.
What follows is the unraveling of ten years of blood, surveillance, obsession, and grief as In-ho descends backward through every memory that ties him to Seong Gi-hun: through the games, through the lies, through the man he was before the mask.
A story about memory, grief, and the things that remain even after forgetting.

Amnesia? What kind of shitty trope was that? Eun-ji had stopped watching dramas like that over a decade ago. What was next, a terminal illness?
In-ho has lost his memory. Gi-hun realized he had never been this angry in his life. God was so unfair. Why should a murderer be stripped of his memories and allowed to live on shamelessly, without a shred of guilt? And his stubbornly deluded younger brother actually had the nerve to ask, "Would you like to visit him more often?" He must have owed them 45.6 billion in a past life.
