Summary
For a week, Katsuki avoids Izuku while simultaneously burning holes through him with a dark, suffocating stare.
Driven to a chaotic dorm party to escape the stares, a heavily intoxicated Izuku flees to the kitchen, only for a slurring, whiskey-scented Katsuki to corner him against the fridge. The heavy, explosive bickering quickly dissolves into a dangerous, pull. Unable to resist the tension any longer, Katsuki drags Izuku upstairs to his bedroom. Behind closed doors, a reckless comment snaps the final thread of their restraint. They collide in a frantic, jagged blur of teeth and nails.Bookmarked by poem

"I thought you hated me, Shinazugawa," Tomioka finished, curious, but still with a slight smile at one corner of his bright mouth.
Damn you, Sanemi cursed, realizing only now that Tomioka seemed perfectly aware of what was happening, perhaps even since they were dueling outside… since that stupid question at the bar. Sanemi shifted in his zabuton, not noticing that he had leaned even closer to Giyuu's face.
“And I hate you,” he replied sincerely. “But you’re driving me crazy.”

Heat.

He needs— help, Giyuu needs medical assistance, and fast.
"Kanzaburo… send for— help, please, Sh-shin…" Giyuu gasps out, curling in on himself and further muffling his words, "hur…ry, get Sh…in…"
Shinobu.
Giyuu hears the frantic flutter of Kanzaburo's wings as he rushes away to follow his partner's command before losing consciousness.or, Tomioka Giyuu goes into a spontaneous heat and his Kasugai Crow Kanzaburo gets a little turned around on his way to fetch Kocho Shinobu for help.

It had bled into every aspect of his life, coming back around every time to buzz in his ear like a starved mosquito until it became so pervasive, it was impossible to ignore. But it was just now, with Naruto trembling in front of him, releasing soft, shaky breaths, his pupils blown out, that Sasuke finally understood.
