Summary
Will grew up in Lenora Hills, California, but he and his mom have to move down to Hawkins, Indiana once summer comes around due to financial issues. With school out of session, Will doesn't have the opportunity to meet anybody, so he assumes he'll have to spend his first few months in Hawkins by himself. That is, until he meets Mike Wheeler.

“In Las Vegas, I met a psychic once and she read my palms.” Boris slid a slow finger down the skin of Will’s left hand. He stared at it intently, tracing a line up and down, before moving to his right hand. The touch felt electric. “She said there are five main lines and everybody’s different.”
Will swallowed loudly, Boris stepping forward to look closer. “According to her, this one—” Boris motioned to a line between Will’s index and middle finger. “Is your heart line, it shows me your emotions. For you, it’s long, deep and curving up; not broken.”
Boris was smiling again, thumbing the line lightly. “It means you are sensitive, and emotional.” Boris licked his lips, eyes flicking upward to look at Will. “Devoted.”

“My wise one, are you trying to seduce me with your divine charms?” He leaned back, his calloused hand cupping William’s cheek, thumb brushing over the soft skin. The touch was tender, but Michael’s breath hitched into a whine when William leaned into it.
“Seduce you? Oh, my brave paladin, as if I need to try,” William teased, tilting his head with feigned innocence, even as his cheeks hollowed around Michael’s fingers, his tongue circling them in slow, torturous swirls. Michael was transfixed. With a loud, lewd pop, William looked him over, eyes lingering on the mouth-watering trail of hairs down his navel to the equally salivating bulge straining his trousers, then said, “Look at you. I have yet to let you kiss me, and you’re already powerless.” To add to his teasing, he raised both of his hands,shrugging, “Not a book of spells in sight.”

Before Mike can react, his head bangs painfully against the wall. Black spots dance in his vision as he blearily tries to restrain the younger boy with little success.
“You asshole! How could you do that to Will? What is wrong with you?” The younger shrieks, continuously punching the other over and over. A punch to the gut has Mike immediately kneeling over, a groan escaping him. Taking his chance, Mini-Mike hastily grabs the blue vase on the edge of the table…
And smashes it into Mike’s face.
