Zenitsu feels a sudden wave of concern that's seconded by all the Pillars' hearts. Not exactly for the first time, because Tanjirou is sometimes too good not to want to take care of him, but perhaps with more intensity now he feels protective towards him.
All the hashira must be dying at the moment.

Tumblr prompt: The story would be taking place post-Mugen Train arc, the Pillars and Zenitsu are curious on how Tanjirou (and maybe even Inosuke?) was able to escape the dream thing, considering it must have been very hard because he might have seen his family there.
Just IMAGINE when they see Tanjirou suddenly get a bit uncomfortable as he rubs his neck awkwardly and says he killed himself to get out of the dream.

Summary
"Tanjirou, don't!" Kie scolds him lightly when the little one grabs a bunch of Yoriichi's hair.
"No, it's fine," Yoriichi assures her again, pulling the toddler closer. "It's alright."
Then he meets baby Nezuko, and Yoriichi decides to keep coming back to the Kamados; he wants to help them as much as he can.
It's difficult to find free time to do that considering he has a lot of responsibilities as the Sun hashira, but he makes an effort.
Time passes and the two eldest start calling him Dad Yoriichi and their father just Dad, however, the Pillar tries to correct them every single time, even though it makes him feel warm and fuzzy every single time.

Akaza looks almost embarrassed when he turns his head towards him, but he nods and crawls to get closer to Tanjirou. Nezuko is so used to his presence by that point that she doesn't even get out of her box. She's completely relaxed around him.
"I've been thinking... If you let me drink a bit of your blood, maybe the hunger will go away," the demon says, almost in a whisper.
