    Jongseob paused, the brown liner cap suspended between his lips, his gaze darting over to the door from his spot on the bathroom counter. His eyes, dark and rounded from contacts, squinted at the intruder.

    "It's a metaphor, asshole," he corrected, his voice slightly muffled. He finished the wing of his eyeliner and pulled the pen away, running his tongue over one of his lip rings.
