Summary
John Watson thought he led a pretty nice life, until one day, he's kidnapped and taken aboard a pirate ship. Here, everyone seems to know who he is, but he can't recall ever meeting these people in his entire humdrum, plain vanilla existence. John is sure that they're all hiding something from him, and he's quite right, but they won't tell him, and he has to force the truth out on his own.

Summary
Sherlock is a Jewish boy on the run, waiting to be taken out of the country by Mycroft. John is the son of the man tasked in hiding Sherlock until Mycroft can achieve that.
The song for today's story is Cathedrals by Jump Little Children. I took some liberties on the feel and meaning behind the song as a guide for the story. Some of the others may be more literal, some may not. I hope you guys enjoy it, and don't forget to leave comments to let me know if this is something you guys want to see more of or not.

Hello! I've taken a 23 song mixtape from High School titled, enigmatically, "Just Chill", and am using each song as a guide/inspiration for a Johnlock ficlet. I'm rather new to this whole thing, so updates will definitely not be daily (especially since I am particularly wordy, haha) I hope you enjoy!
The song that was used to guide this story is Such Great Heights, specifically the Iron and Wine cover. While the original Postal Service song is amazing, the version on the CD I'm using as inspiration is by Iron and Wine, and it's gooooorgeous. I tried to stick to the feel of the song as much as possible, and hope that you guys enjoy. The story is about Sherlock, a jaded ex-musician, and John, an up and coming open-mic-night-guy, and Sherlock's determination to have John be seen and taken seriously by the Music world. This story gave me a hard time, so leave comments if you enjoyed it and this seems like something you'd want to be continued. Thanks so much!

John rises from the chair, the anger and frustration and hurt overwhelming him, bursting out of every pore, and he doesn’t even know for sure that it’s Sherlock he’s angry at, really, but the only reason he tied himself to Mary in the first place is because the person he really loved left him behind, and the woman he married once sat in the shadows above a darkened swimming pool and aimed a sniper rifle at his heart and later shot his best friend in cold blood and cuckolded him and just gave birth to a child that wasn’t his and right now he just can’t do this, he just fucking can’t do this anymore.

Summary
When John learns he's an Omega, his whole life suddenly changes. He's plucked from his orphanage and placed into a boarding school for Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, where he quickly has to learn about the dynamics between all three if he wants to have a chance of surviving. Thankfully he makes some friends in his Omega house, and he's going to need them. One of the fiercest Alphas has his sights set on making John his mate, the super smart, super strong Sherlock Holmes. It's going to be a rough task trying to avoid becoming Sherlock's obedient Omega while he's in school with the guy, but John's defiant, and he might find an ally in his own nature to help him.
