"Let's not do this stuff as a prank anymore, like, for the rest of our vacation. If we want to dance in our hotel room, we do it. If we… want to stop building a pillow barricade between us in bed, we do that. Or, if we want to make use of that bath before the water gets cold… then we don't need to make it be part of some stupid prank. It's just us, you know? It doesn't have to be weird, or be a thing, or keep happening once we go home. Let's just… treat this vacation like a real honeymoon and give all our pent up romantic feelings with no place to go… a place to go- here." George shrugged, a nervous laugh slipping from his lips.
"Pent up romantic feelings with no place to go." Dream echoed in a mumble, his mind finding comfort in the words.
"What does- ha." Dream let out an airy laugh. "If we do what you're suggesting, what's that mean? What's on the table now- 'dating activity' wise?" Dream asked, a smile ghosting his lips when George's head went slack against his palm, like he was melting from their close proximity.

“Look, I used to hook up with people- you know, before," he paused, gesturing to the air around him to signify everything going on in their lives. "I haven’t hooked up with anyone since, like, a month before the reveal. I just- I've been too paranoid about someone figuring out it’s me. And- and now I don’t know who to trust! What if someone records me, or-”
“Dream,” he interrupted.
Dream paused his tangent, facing George with a heaving chest.
“You trust me,” George stated, staring at him blankly.
“Obviously I trust you, you idiot. I wouldn’t be telling you all this if I didn’t.” Dream scoffed, adjusting uncomfortably beside him.
“No, Dream. You trust me,” George repeated, resting his hand back on Dream’s thigh for emphasis.

Summary
George can't come. Okay, he can, but it takes him a ridiculous amount of time to reach his climax. Dream pokes fun at George about it until he goes a little too far, which leaves him scrambling to make it up to him. What starts as spit-balling ideas to solve the issue unintentionally turns into Dream claiming that if he gave George head, he'd come within a designated timeframe. His off-handed comment grows into a full-fledged bet.
Three tries, a thirty-minute time limit, and instructions to pull out all the stops.
