Hanzo is forced to rewatch the night he almost killed his brother, throwing him into a PTSD episode. Cole and Genji are there to pull him out of his and comfort him.

Imagine his surprise when he sees a familiar name pop up with a bounty. Although he fully intends on finishing the job, he can't bring himself to, and the gay old men end up spending an evening together.

A canon-compliant rework and extension of MW2: Reboot.
Simon was an unstoppable force, but Fate was an immovable object.
Stationary.
When you ignore it, and put up walls to secure yourself, it only delays the inevitable. Unavailing. It doesn’t stop it. Moments in time slowly drill their way through, picking an open scab until it turns to scar tissue. It will break your skin until it drains you. You will deteriorate into ashes, scattered by the wind.

Summary
Hanzo Shimada was a proud man. Presenting as an omega had been difficult, surely. Being seen as a nurturer rather than aggressive alpha, but he had made it work for him. After all, omegas were given their choice of alphas. They were choosy and growing up in the anticipation of being alpha made him all the more discerning.
Enter Cole Cassidy. Well meaning and taught how to treat an omega right, he is bound and determined to make up for the blunderous first impressions he has left, to show Hanzo that alphas aren't all knot and no brain.

Daniel Parsons works out of Vegas. They’ve got a strong suspicion he’s laundering money for Talon. It puts him low on their threat list, but low also means accessible. Easy to snare. Slap him with enough evidence, and maybe they can get access to the next link in the chain.
That’s not the part of the scheme that’s hare-brained. No, that honor goes to using Parsons’ place of business as the site where two unlucky agents will have to distract him: the wedding chapel where he works as an Elvis impersonator.

Summary
When the oldest Shimada brother enters the fold, Cole doesn’t think much of him. Just a ‘holier-than-thou’ rich guy with a stick up his ass. He's known a great share of them throughout his years, and surely, this time is no different. Cole has come to terms with his past, but Hanzo can’t say the same. His first impression is none better. He finds Cole loud, talkative, and disingenuous. Only when they see each other for who they truly are do they find common ground.
