    Miss Peregrine and Reader are both ice skating in the winter, and having a fun time away from the children, when Reader suddenly falls through the ice, having skated too close to the middle of the lake! Alma Peregrine is terrified, but by lying on her stomach she is able to get reader out of the water, and into bed. Alma has to use the medical knowledge she has to keep Reader okay, and with scared shaky hands, makes tea for when they wake up. When Reader finally wakes up, Alma is relived and takes care of Reader, because they are definitely sick now.
