He wonders what's gotten into him.
Johnny is certainly cute— even aside from his slight resemblance to Kaz— but it's not like Snake to be so fixated on someone for so long. It's not like he doesn't get restless sometimes, but it's never been this bad. Every time he looks at Johnny for too long, he thinks he'd look better breathless and squirming beneath him.
Maybe it has something to do with Johnny potentially reciprocating his interest.
Big Boss isn't sure how to spend his new lease on life. And Johnny Sasaki is the last person he would've thought he'd ever get involved with.

"Come on," Naked Snake drawls, shifting his ass again. "No harm in blowing off some steam. Not like you can cheat on Johnny with yourself."
Big Boss can't even believe he's considering it. The uncertainty of not knowing when or if he'll get to go back to his own timeline is already wearing on him, even though it's only been a few days. He is stressed and pent up. And here Naked Snake is offering himself to be used.
That being said, Naked Snake could use some disciplining— barging in here and demanding to spar when Big Boss hadn't wanted to.

He might as well have walked straight into a brick wall. Johnny goes hurtling to the ground, tray clanging loudly as it clatters to the ground. Canapes meet their sad demise on the marble floor, already falling apart from where they were smushed into his mystery victim.
“Oh, god, I’m so sorry,” Johnny says, scrambling to gather up the mess. It’s a lost cause. The eyes and murmuring aren’t helping, and Johnny tries not to turn red. He looks up.
It’s Big Boss.
“Jesus fucking Christ,” Snake says, over Codec.

The fact that Snake barely reacts to the sound of glass shattering should have been the second thing to tip him off that something was wrong. But what actually gets him is the scent thick in the air, something strong and almost sweet and almost certainly something he’s only smelled once before.
