“I already told you, shitty hair. I don’t want to talk about him—” Bakugou’s face paled as he realized that it was not, in fact, Kirishima at his door but a very sweaty, trembling Izuku Midoriya. That same damned flash of something , the one that plagued Izuku’s thoughts over the past few weeks, swelled in Kacchan’s eyes before he covered it with a hardened scowl. He moved to close the door but, before he could realize what was happening, Izuku rushed past him in a flash of green lightning. From the middle of the room Izuku listened to the sound of the door slamming shut, how he assumed it was supposed to shut in his face.
Bakugou whipped around and Izuku planted his feet, preparing himself from the explosions that would likely be sent his way, but they never came. He looked up to see red staring into him and boring into his very core.
Izuku swallowed hard but stood tall, trying desperately to maintain face. “We need to talk.”
