Summary
"All I want," Shane tells him, voice so low it's barely more than a whisper, "is to grow old and gray with you. You don’t get to take that away from me."
"What if I'm never fixed," Ilya protests. "I stay like that. Don’t get better."
"You will," and his lover makes it sound so simple, the truth of it may as well be woven into the very fabric of the universe. "Your life isn't your own anymore, Rozanov. If you want it back, you'll have to pry it out of my cold, dead hands, do you understand ?"
No, Ilya doesn't. But by God, does he want to.
--
or, Ilya has spent most of his life suffering at the hands of his brother and yeah, sure, that sucks. He won’t pretend otherwise. But it’s also just pain and at the end of the day, Ilya’s used to it. It’s fine. Honestly. All fine. Until one day, Shane introduces him to the somewhat revolutionary concept that it’s really fucking not.Series

Summary
Shane Hollander’s hopes for the NHL were ripped from him by an ACL tear and replaced with doctor prescribed opioids at age 18. Four years later, hockey is a distant memory and his days consist of strange men and chasing a feeling drugs can never seem to provide anymore.
Ilya Rozanov’s family returned home to Russia when his father’s mental state deteriorated and the government wasted no time snatching back his work visa. Ilya stayed behind in that godforsaken city to do the only thing he had ever been able to support his family doing: sell dope.
Ilya sees a lot of sad people. Shane sees a lot of horny men. Neither of them are prepared for what they see in each other, and what it means for the boxes they’ve allowed themselves to be put into.

Summary
He watched Ferran’s silhouette in the weak light that filtered through the curtains, his mind replaying what he’d said earlier—"useless," he’d called himself. Pedri wasn’t sure how to help him find his way back to his old self, but he had to try.
OR
Ferran's world takes one hit after the other, and every time he falls apart, Pedri tries to put him back together like it's second nature. He never questions the tenderness he feels towards Ferran. But what happens when the cruel reality of football turns their lives upside down?

Summary
Shane does not pull away, does not speak, does not kiss him again, just holds him like it is easier than letting him go, rocking them slowly back and forth on the edge of the mattress. There is a damp patch on his very nice new shirt where Ilya has failed to swallow back his tears, but he is cradling Ilya to him, anyway, like it doesn’t matter. Like it costs him nothing to do it.
Nobody has touched Ilya this way in a very, very long time. He had forgotten that it was possible to be handled with care—to be treated like a breakable object, instead of a broken one.OR: What happened in the hotel room after the Tampa Bay All-Stars Game.
