Nandor had been playing a game where he tested Guillermo’s instincts and reflexes by baiting him into arguments until he was so frustrated he brought out the stakes and crucifixes just to stand on equal ground. So far, it’d been a rousing success and his fierce warrior of a bodyguard had brought Nandor to several blissful ends under the threat of those weapons! But when continuing to press his luck one evening, Nandor noticed something had gone wrong.
