Summary
Martha is seventeen when her aunt sends her to a boarding school, sending her into a flurry of anxiety and fear as she takes on the role of the new girl. She's not there long before she meets a kind brunette named Karen that brings her out of her shell. The two girls navigate their individual issues with their families, while also navigating their budding feelings that they don't yet fully understand. When things take a turn for the worst, will they find a way to persevere? Or will they continue to let the school and their families dictate their lives?
This fic is essentially the children's hour x dead poets society. It's very inspired by Neil and Todd's relationship, and the expectations/pressures of their parents.
