Remus believes Sirius doesn't truly love him, and Sirius believes the same about Remus. Still they fumble through a disintegrating relationship as the 1st wizarding war with Voldemort rages.
Painful angsty 1st war love story ending in heartbreak. The Clash woven in. Plot moves along quickly and easily. Prose is expert.

This (and its part one) have got to be my absolute favourite story that I have ever read in fan fiction. The author swaps the fates of Sirius Black and Remus Lupin (so Lupin goes to Azkaban).
Themes explored include magical theory and history, magical academia, music of the 70s, 80s and 90s, inequality in the magical world, injustice and abuses of magical people classified as creatures, beasts and beings. Werewolf history and culture. So much! Plus there is incredible dramatic tension, a plot, mystery, action, fight scenes, sex scenes, really really good original characters, this story has it all and does it so well. I love it! Big recommend. -

Wild, strange story. Blends Greek(?) Mythology with Remus's quest to retrieve Sirius Black from the afterlife. Features an extremely cute couple: Parvati and Luna. Gives a weird mythological backstory for Sybill Trelawney too. An interesting read.

A short story following Sirius Black after he finishes school. He's lost and sad and confused. The characterisations of each of the characters are subtle and good. I thought I hated this Lily, but I didn't, it was just that Sirius didn't really know her yet. Anyway it's a gentle love story between Sirius and Remus. Ends right as it begins. Leaves you with hope.
