Summary
Sasuke comes back to the village and he looks around and hears the news of an upcoming wedding. Naruto is discussing arrangements with Shikamaru, then Sasuke hears it; it’s Naruto’s wedding being planned out.
Sasuke is in love with Naruto, but he never confessed his feelings. Naruto had always emphasized that they were friends and seemingly nothing more. In that moment, Sasuke is flooded with overwhelming feelings, threatening to spill out. And they do.
Naruto is left stunned, and with a response not even he expected… he felt the same. He’d thought what he felt for Hinata was romantic, but his feelings for her were insignificant when he was in Sasuke’s presence.
They’re both left conflicted until Naruto tells him he wants to spend one last day together. Fulfilling all of their unfulfilled wishes. Sasuke agrees.
