Summary
Jisung shrugs, all too casual. “Just for fun. You know, for the bit.”
“You want us to pretend to be a couple…in therapy. Just for fun.”
“Yeah!” Jisung nods enthusiastically. "Just until the therapist figures it out.”
Minho gives him a long, slow look that suggests he is currently measuring him for a straitjacket. “So. Two sessions, max.”
It’s supposed to be a joke– two best friends and roommates walk into a therapist’s office, and pretend they’re a couple until the therapist figures it out.
But old feelings die harder than old habits, and when everything they’ve been avoiding for five years finally catches up, Minho and Jisung start to realize they may not be pretending as much as they'd like to believe.
or: Minho and Jisung are not a couple– or so they think.

Summary
He’s calm. He’s cool. He’s not thinking about the shape of Jisung’s mouth, or how well the suit fits him, or the way his eyes lit up just now, or whether he still smells like bergamot and broken dreams of a lifetime.
He’s fine. This is fine.
This is totally, completely fine.
At least that’s what Minho tries to convince himself about until, from the corner of his eye, catches Jisung starting to walk over.
Now, he is not so sure. Now, he might actually die.
Four years of yearning. Two years together. One year apart.
Minho thought he’d buried the what-ifs– until a wedding, a slow dance, two best men and strawberry champagne remind him just how unfinished some stories can be.
What begins as awkward glances slowly unfolds into painfully familiar tension. But before they can even think about something new, Minho and Jisung have to untangle everything that pulled them apart.
or: Minho thinks it’s over between him and Jisung– but some knots simply take longer to tie.

Summary
It feels less dangerous now—letting his inner thoughts roam free, allowing his mouth to run without a filter. Somehow, as he watches himself in the reflection of Minho’s pupils, it feels right to speak his mind, to tell Minho exactly what he’s thinking.
Without another word, Minho pecks him on the lips, sweet and short. A simple press of lips, nothing like their last. Kissing just to kiss, not for a goal.
Hope grows in tendrils in Jisung’s body, weaving through his bones, his skull.
-- OR:
Where Jisung feels unworthy of the love he so desperately craves, Minho is discouraged by his past experiences, and despite it all, love doesn’t fail to flourish from deep within.

Summary
“Jeonginnie! Oh my god!” Hyunjin bounces up off the couch, closing in on him with his arms flung open. “You’ve grown so much since I last saw you!” He loops his arms around Jeongin’s neck, both of them standing at about the same height.
Jeongin accepts his hug, pulls him tight, brain registering how slight Hyunjin’s frame is compared to his; how small Hyunjin’s waist is under his hands.
Fuck. Jeongin wants to rail him so bad. Absolutely decimate him in the most inappropriate way.
(OR: Jeongin wants to fuck Hyunjin, Hyunjin still sees Jeongin as the cute kid he used to babysit, and Jeongin is willing to do anything to change that.)

Summary
Two years. Jisung had tried to get his attention a couple of times in passing, but it had been to no avail. The man barely acknowledged his existence. Once, he’d seen him in the campus library while eating a snack and had asked where the study rooms were, and the alpha had looked up at him and promptly looked back down at his work- didn’t respond verbally, just pointed behind him to the wall lined with different study rooms. Even when Jisung thanked him, Minho just kept his head down, reading whatever book he had on the table.
He had watched one of Felix’s dance performances at the end of their first year, and found that Minho was also a dance major. Jisung tried to congratulate him for his insanely good routine, thinking that it was a sign of sorts that the universe put them all in one place, but Minho had only nodded his appreciation and went back to his group of friends.
Two. Years.
OR
[Minho refuses to notice Jisung's efforts and advances, at least that's what Jisung's Vibe Detector ™️ is telling him]
