Wooyoung, deity of yarrow flowers, gets promoted unexpectedly after the major gods wiped themselves out in what they called the Last War. But the pressure of his new responsibility as the god of seasons is too much for him to handle, so when the chance presents itself to escape to the Underworld, he takes it without looking back - and without thinking about the consequences.

Summary
Wooyoung hates alphas, absolutely despises them, but when his friend mates with one it leaves him with no option but to try and tolerate an alpha for the sake of his friendship. Everything spirals as their friend groups merge, forcing Wooyoung to invite more than one person into his life, and maybe it wouldn't be so bad if that didn't include Choi San. The alpha that makes Wooyoung face all his prejudices and tears his old wounds back open.

Can you imagine a life where you can't keep your emotions to yourself?
At one look into Wooyoung's eyes, everyone who knew him could tell what he was feeling. He used to think that's one of the downparts of being a genetically mutated human, and the fact he'd never be able to leave the facility he was born into, being the object of many studies. The breakout gave him hope. Though his short lived freedom came to an end.
San can show the other side of freedom.
