Enji decides to pull some strings and have Touya placed under house arrest.

There, lying on the hospital bed, he had to accept the fact that One for All was gone forever— the embers now extinguished and out of reach. That fantasy of a dream had come to an end; he was quirkless now. That made sense, the world righting itself in balance. If All for One died, so did One for All. Two sides of the same coin, spinning and spinning, heads chasing tails and tails chasing heads, until eventually, the coin clattered over to one side. The final rest stop, heads facing up. There. The end.

Was he a kitty right now? He wasn't sure - Touya didn't know what he was right now, but being a kitten felt a step on the right direction. No, it felt like the answer, but part of that was because it was the only explanation.
