Sicheng pitches forward with a brash, ugly laugh.
“Come on,” he aims for dismissive but lands closer to pleading.
“No, really. Serious,” Yuta’s hand is on his elbow. He’s not smiling with his mouth, but it’s there in his eyes. “Just. Humour me.” Sicheng manages another brittle laugh. His stomach lurches. “Come on. I guess I’m just curious. You know me.”
