The door to his room burst open and Ratio startled, needing a moment longer to process what was happening, his heart doing an almost dizzying somersault in his chest. He closed his eyes briefly, taking a deep breath and exhaling again as he wondered, who’d have the audacity to barge in without knocking or announcing themself first. It didn’t take him long to recognize the person stepping inside the room, though.
With his head hung low and blonde hair covering his eyes as he dragged his feet over the floor, Aventurine made his way through the office, taking a beeline for none other than Ratio himself.
Or rather the sofa he was currently sitting on.In which Aventurine suddenly barges into Ratio's office after a particularly draining day to recharge (;_;)

Furin Trio Week 2024 - Day 5 - Sleepover + Nightmares
The next thing that caught his attention were the deep and steady breaths that the actually pretty comfortable weight on his chest was taking, apparently. Sakura frowned slightly in confusion— because since when did that heaviness breathe differently from himself, shouldn’t they be synchronized?
Within a single second, memories from the afternoon and last evening flashed before his inner eye, and in the next one, he was staring at the ceiling with eyes wide open.
He gasped quietly as suspicion dawned on him.
A quick glance down his chest confirmed what he’d assumed would be the case. His eyes grew wide with panic as he stared at Suo’s and Nirei’s sleeping figures. Both their heads were resting on each side of Sakura’s chest, while their hands laid in the middle of it, fingers loosely intertwined.In which Sakura has nightmares during a sleepover with Nirei and Suo at his house, and the two Vice Captain's find a unique way to comfort and help Sakura through them (✿◠‿◠)

The morning went by and many other opportunities arose in which Suo didn’t even think twice about it. He quickly fell into the habit of teasing Sakura in all possible ways, just to see the tips of his ears turn a bright shade of red. No matter how much he tried to hide his face from Suo, they always gave him away in the end and it filled Suo with pride, seeing that this was all his doing.
Suo being a tease and stealing kisses wherever he can and Sakura being his flustered and blushy self, and just so much kissing and also making out and all the steamy feels (♥ω♥*)

Summary
Ironic, for someone like Sampo who always bragged about his supposed talent to read people's hearts, it turned out he couldn't be more wrong when it comes to Gepard Landau. In the end, he fell victim to his own hubris, he was dumb enough to assume that after two years spent losing sleep together over busy projects, Gepard saw him as more than a simple coworker, that they were friends…
...That maybe, just maybe, Sampo had a tiny chance with him and his feelings could be requited, not just the product of naive fantasies.
A broken heart, a rash decision, a ticket to a distant place and a chance to start anew. But, as Sampo is going to find out, sometimes all the roads you take lead straight to the very past you're running from. Especially when ‘the past’ itself decides to chase after you.
