Summary
Sunghoon stayed crouched there, frozen. Just as his mind decided fuck it and to just get Riki’s blanket so he didn’t have to continue sleeping smelling a stupid alpha without his consent, he heard it. It was so faint he thought he was hearing things in his sleep deprived state.
Riki was purring.
Sunghoon felt like someone punched him directly in the lungs, all sleep leaving his head instantly, electricity running up his spine. It’s not like he hadn’t heard omegas purr before, in practice rooms or waiting rooms. It was normal biology. It shouldn’t have been so shocking.
But this was Riki, something alive and delicate inside of him that he only lets out when no one is watching. Sunghoon leaned in closer, just to make sure it wasn’t wishful thinking.
He hadn’t realized he had a favourite sound until now.

Sunghoon hears something he wasn't supposed to. He goes to extreme, stupid lengths to hear it again.

Summary
Jaeyun. Sunghoon mouths the word. The word seems to want to be in his mouth, and once it is in his mouth, it sits there cozy and warm.
“Jaeyun?” He says it out loud, the name, and he gets no response. The body is fully unconscious now but still breathing. Sunghoon looks at him, at Jaeyun, and he understands that there’s no one else here, that there’s no boat that has come in, no shipwreck.
I cannot leave this here, he thinks. I cannot leave this here, and I cannot bring any other person near it, because if anyone else came near it I don’t know what would happen, what they would do, and I do not want to know.
And then there is another thought underneath all of these. This washed up onto my sand. This is for me.
Or: For six years, the sea has been Park Sunghoon’s only company. Then she gives him Jaeyun.

Jake Hates the countryside, he hates being forced to work, especially under Park Sunghoon.

Sunghoon’s breath hits his neck in uneven bursts of laughter, fingers dragging absently over the cotton of Jake’s shirt by his ribs, rougher than he’s touched Jake in years, and suddenly all Jake can think about is how good sex with Sunghoon must feel.
Or: Sunghoon moves out of the dorms, and Jake has a very inconvenient sexuality crisis about it
