Summary
After the peace conference in Marley, Eren leaves. He has to, because it's what his visions showed him. And the truth is, he can no longer hide the disease that afflicts him and makes him spill black rose petals until his throat is raw and bleeding. It's only a matter of time until Levi figures him out, and he wants to spare Levi this pain. He suffers enough already because of a bond he didn't choose, a love he is nothing but a slave to.

Summary
Levi stood in silence. He would never admit it out loud, but he liked studying law. He liked Erwin as his professor. He was always right. He was intelligent. He was interesting. He was everything Levi wanted for his own life.
“I like studying here,” he said, hopelessly, “So… I’ll do anything you tell me.”
Erwin’s face was a mixture of smug and bemused. “You’ll do anything, will you?” He asked in a slightly mocking tone. His eyes, once light blue, now glimmered darkly.
Levi scowled, as usual, but some part of him deep down inside accepted it as the truth. He didn’t know why or how, but somewhere along the way, he had become Erwin’s lapdog.
“Fucking hurry up and tell me what you want,” Levi said, feigning confidence.
Erwin lifted his hand and lightly traced his fingers over Levi’s strands of hair that had fallen over his forehead.
“I think,” he said, mostly to himself, “I’m going to fuck you now.”

"I'm not scared," Eren said quickly, his grin widening, his voice a mix of bravado and nervous energy. He leaned closer, their faces so close he could feel Levi's breath, warm and teasing, against his skin.
