    Reaver can't stand to be around her ever since she went and became a mother on him. He only remains in the castle for the power and prestige of being a member of Her Majesty's inner circle—at least, that's what he tells himself.

    But when bandits kidnap a very young Logan, and their ransom note dictates that the boy will be killed if Sparrow herself sets foot outside of the castle, Reaver takes matters into his own hands.

    This is a Spreaver fic, but it focuses more on Reaver coming to terms with the fact that he does care about his family, even if he was desperate not to.
