Astri is a witch - or so it seemed. Not evil, cackling or riddled with warts but strange and seemingly veiled in mystery. Thorin had every right not to trust her, having her vile presence thrust upon him at his lowest hour by Gandalf did not help his already darkened mind. Everyone was an enemy. This one just took the form of a small, seemingly harmless human woman.

Anyone worth the moniker of 'pirate' knew the name James Norrington, and they knew to avoid him, lest their life of pillaging be put to a swift end. So when Eleonor heard tell of his fall from grace, she couldn't help but seek him out. Her motivation unclear at first but once she set her mind to something, there wasn't much that could pry her away from it.

Summary
Ash has moved onto her Grandpa's farm after a falling out with her parents. She decided that hunting monsters is not something she wishes to do any longer. A normal life being the end goal. The first few weeks go by and nothing seems to be amiss... until one night, at dusk, monsters come out of the ground on her farm. That may not be the only complication, as a certain moody villager has also taken up residence in her mind.
Dark Shrine of Night Terrors: The ancient magi-seal of protection will be lifted, allowing monsters to appear on your farm at night.

Summary
Lucy lives on a desolate ranch. Because of the location, some local gangs have set their sights on her property. Her first saving grace is that the gangs are battling amongst themselves as to who gets dibs. That power struggle is accidentally broken by one Arthur Morgan when he single handedly kills one of the gangs after a run in with them. After learning what his actions may cause, Arthur offers to help Lucy with her problem. Though it becomes clear that the remaining gang, led by Seth McCoy, has his eyes not only on Lucy’s land but on her as well.

Summary
Davy Jones stood over the once grand Admiral Norrington. The poor fool had been run through by Bill Turner. “James Norrington, do you fear death?” Jones snarled.
James took in a shuttered breath, wanting to ram his blade into the blasphemous creature before him, his fingers twitched ready for that to be his last act on this earth. It seemed to be the only choice he had but something stopped him.
‘Take the deal…’
A voice he had never heard before glided past his ears. Could it be? Was some deity interfering… or was his mind slipping away as he succumbed to his wound.
“I do.” He strained to speak, not once taking his eyes off of Jones as he lied through gritted teeth. Some thing felt the need to put a stopper in his demise. An outside force was forcing his hand.
The beady eyes of Jones went wide, clearly that was not the answer he expected. Now he would have no choice but for James Norrington to join his crew. But there would be no trust from his new captain. No, he was carted straight to the now empty brig.
What possessed him to take Jones’ deal in that moment would be a blight on his mind for years to come… until, that is, he was fated to meet a stranded stranger.

Alone on her homestead, Liza is set upon by the worst the desert has to offer. The school teacher must face her death or her savior, but when she is overtaken by a strange lust she finds herself doing things she never imagined.
The Hunter finds himself entering his elder years, and finds himself bored with his surroundings. Longing for something more leads him to a familiar planet to better understand himself. But when fate intervenes, he finds more than he was looking for.
(Alternative description: Fuck me pregnant/ Yautja has a midlife crisis second family)

From My Heart and From My Hand
Why Don't People Understand
My Intentions?Basically just a retelling of Re-Animator with a female reader as the third roommate who inevitably falls in love with Herbert West. The Reader, Herbert and Dan attempt to cheat death via Herbert's reagent with disastrous results, chaos ensues and the body count rises. Of course, further complications arise as Herbert and the Reader's relationship progresses from friends to something more.
This story uses female-specific pronouns as well as cis-female descriptions of body parts during the sex scenes. If anyone wishes to rewrite those elements of the story in order to fit with their own body and gender identity, that's totally fine with me as long as you give me a heads up and credit me in the resulting work.
