Technically, Bella didn’t even need to go to London with Pedro, but it’s not like they have anything else to do back at home, either. And even if they had, they would have probably rearranged their entire schedule to spend more time with him.
“So we can just… Do nothing for a while? When we get there, I mean.”
Of all the things Pedro wants to do with Bella when they finally find themselves alone, doing nothing sits surprisingly high on the list, the idea of just being next to them without having to think about anything else being as close to a perfect morning as he can think about now. Bella’s tying their hair in a ponytail, and Pedro gets a glimpse of paleness on the back of their neck that’s horribly distracting. He coughs, forcing his eyes back on the road.
