Bangles weigh down her arms and legs as much as the chains that had been her only outfit for the first few days, and clamps pinch and tug at her nipples. Her torso's criss-crossed with ropes, highlighting her breasts and the soft curve of her stomach. Threaded throughout the rope, golden hoops and hooks rub at her skin, the aesthetics of the look apparently far outweighing any discomfort Zefira feels.

Summary

Unfortunately the portal sends them to another plane entirely—where Jaina, stranded in unfamiliar wilderness and crippled by the magical backlash, finds herself dependent on the assistance of an experienced ranger.
Mutual need allows them to hammer out a truce, but even that can't keep them from falling back into old habits; once through the shock, neither of them wants to rely on the other, and they're both quite willing to lie, double cross, or otherwise manipulate the other to achieve their own ends.
