   Summary

   After a peaceful transition of power, Daenerys Targaryen has ruled Westeros for two years, ushering in a new age of prosperity. Though she has earned the love and trust of her people, she comes to feel that there is one thing missing: a companion, to share the throne and secure her legacy. Far from her court and the Red Keep, she finds a genuine connection in a young blacksmith.

   The story starts two years after the season 6 finale where Daenerys sets sail for Westeros. Some plot points are borrowed from season 7 and 8 and adjusted, but it's largely canon divergent after season 6.
