“We finally meet again.”
Till’s face scrunches up like a crumpled piece of paper. His eyebrows are furrowed and up so high, his eyes squinting yet wide. And his lips curve in all directions. He’s using every single nerve to try to piece together what the fuck is happening.
He flicks his tongue at his bottom lip to wet it. Like when you lick your thumb to grip the page in a book, he’s trying to somehow grip a thought to form.
Till blinks, and then he asks an octave higher than he’s used to, “I’m sorry. Who are you?”
The pretty stranger, Till deems him. Looks at him with this blanched look. His eyes widen, which almost seems impossible with how big they already are. Like a deer in the headlights. And he looks almost sad.
A new student transfers to the small countryside; mysterious, handsome, and claiming to know Till. But Till has no memory or idea of who this stranger is, should he?

“Hey.” Yoichi’s voice rang loud and clear, knocking him out of his thoughts. His eyes immediately returned to his face as he casually pretended they’d been there the entire time. “Checking me out, huh? You could be more subtle about it, you know.”
Taiga clenched his fists, face flushed. It wasn’t the best indicator that he was telling the truth, but luckily it was hot as hell, so the redness of his face could be blamed on the heat.
A heatwave passes through Camp Buddy, and everyone’s stuck inside to try and avoid the blistering heat. Trying to cool down, Taiga runs into Yoichi while walking to the pier. In the cool wet chill of the lake, things get even hotter than the temperature outside.
