Summary
Eric Cartman feels the eyes of millions on him. Sure, maybe that's self important and aggrandizing, but he knows who he is, someone who is very important. Cartman sees things others don't, hears laughter or whispers or arguing over ratings and streaming negotiations. He can see when someone's time is coming, remembers every time Kenny dies, almost like some kind of weird forum post in his head.
((alternatively, the psychological mindfuckery that comes from being thrust into a main character role where everything changes and still stays the same))
