Summary
Cecil gives him a look, raising his right wrist and tapping it, before teleporting away. He does it casually enough that no one else in the vicinity cares. But, nobody else sees the look that Cecil gives him. The pinched brows, the growing smirk. The knowing expression of a man who is teasing.
He’s messing with him, Mark realizes. Trying to get under his skin and put out the subtlest clues that he might be with somebody. It’s evil. Next-level psychological torture. Like he’s punishing him for listening in on the conversation a few days ago. No one would believe him if he were to say it out loud, and Cecil knows it.
(OR: Mark finds out Cecil and Donald are dating and Cecil decides to torture him with the knowledge, "No one will ever believe you" style).

Summary
A new policy had been installed in the GDA. Forcing every director, manager, anyone in charge to have mandatory breaks a handful times a month as mental health has became an underlying concern. Donald and Cecil are lucky enough to take vacations together, not that they enjoy being away from work at all. In fact, they'd rather work than be left to their own devices, but they suppose being together makes it less of a daunting situation.

Summary
For once, Cecil found himself with minimal to do. The world stopped begging for his attention every 10 minutes, and now he finally has the privilege of chatting with a long time 'friend'.
Both Cecil and Donald were awake into the dead of night, still at work. The GDA director suggests they take a walk and talk- no destination in particular, no topic in specific. Their connection, history and bond have never been more clear.
