Summary
A few months have passed since Furina's return to the stage in The Little Oceanid, and since her ousting as the Hydro Archon. She has had a rough time struggling to adapt to a normal human life, not used to the massive amounts of effort it actually takes to be human. She's found an unlikely acquaintance in The Knave, Arlecchino, whom she meets for tea and snacks at a local cafe each weekend.
Furina's whole second chance at life is upturned when The Heavenly Principles decide to cast a Celestial Nail down upon Fontaine, angered at the loss of the Hydro Authority and it being returned to the rightful Hydro Dragon. Now, Furina must decide how to move forward with herself, Fontaine, and the people she holds close to her as the nation must build itself anew.Or; Furina finds herself falling in love with Arlecchino as a crumbling Fontaine must work together to rebuild.

Summary

Summary
V lost it all when she decided to take the FIA’s offer to fix her. Of course, broken promises and shattered dreams are the FIA’s de-facto motto. No cyberware, no Johnny, and worst of all, Panam won’t even give her the time of day. 55 missed calls, hundreds of missed text messages, and now that V’s appeared out of the blue again, Panam can’t even bring herself to give V a message back, a sign she’s alive.
Now V is left alone, in an apartment where nobody important to her is left around Night City, and her dream of being a Night City legend is crushed, a shattered dream left behind in the wake of her surgery. She’s left picking up the pieces of a broken life, and this time, she’s alone to piece it together into something new.
In simpler terms, V is a hopeless lesbian who lost her lover to her coma and I want to make her suffer for Panam’s heart again and The Tower ending is the best way to make that happen
