Summary
The head of surveillance at the BSAA has kept some sensitive footage a secret for Chris Redfield to act on with his own discretion. When that footage reveals that his friend Leon Kennedy is almost certainly sleeping with his greatest enemy and ex-S.T.A.R.S. Leon S. Kennedy has just finished his training as an agent for the Central Intelligence Agency. His first mission is to infiltrate the S.T.A.R.S division in Racoon City as the agency has gained knowledge that there is a bad actor within the division and it is believed to be Captain Albert Wesker. Leon is tasked with gaining intel on Wesker and collecting evidence on his plans with the goal of taking him down. The story takes place before the first game and ends directly after.
The story follows Leon as he navigates his secret agent duties and a growing infatuation with the very man he is supposed to take down. He befriends characters such as Rebecca Chambers and Chris Redfield at the S.T.A.R.S division and at his apartment complex he meets neighbours Ashley Graham, Luis Serra and Ada Wong.
