Leon gets out of a doctor's appointment and stops by a store before heading over to pay Grace and Emily a visit. Having learned something during his appointment, Leon hopes he can keep it a secret until he makes it home. But a wrench is thrown into this plan when Leon arrives.

Summary
It’s been about five months since the release of Elpis and the rescue of Leon and Grace. Both have settled into peaceful lives. On a day where Leon is babysitting Emily, the omega is delighted when his mate and alpha returns home. Both have a small conversation about Grace and Emily being unscented.
Yet, when Grace comes over to pick Emily up, she’s rattled and upset. Leon gets Grace to settle on the couch until she’s calmed down.
During all of this, Leon is unaware of a little surprise within him. Though, it is possible that Chris is not.
