The bed is trembling ever so slightly.
It pulls Wolfwood from his slumber — until he’s floating just at the surface of consciousness. Sometimes Vash fights with the blankets, Wolfwood has never really been sure how he manages to get so tangled up in them. Mostly, he just stays out of his way once they part and begin drifting off, not wanting to catch a stray fist.

Summary
Vash and Knives have always been connected by the comforting static link of their neural bond; something part Plant biology and part entirely their own. Their extrasensory awareness of each other survived the rapture of their final fight – their last run. And now, safe and lazy in the drab and dependable chaos of their life after, Vash has taken it upon himself to use their connection for tempting, teasing, and other debauched menacing.
Typically, their link is nothing more than a gentle background murmur of emotions and vague details. The level of intensity and focus can change with some effort, but what Vash is doing now is sharing a frankly obscene level of detail as he goes about his sexual exploits with Nicholas.

Of course Vash kisses him.
In reality, how different is it, really, from a hug or a soft peck on the temple? All of which are perfectly normal and within the bounds of their current relationship.
Just one kiss, Vash tells himself. Nai’s lips are warm against his. His hair is soft, his skin is smooth, and he smells fresh and comforting. Not to mention, he is warm and sturdy where he lays against Vash. It is comforting in the way of a weighted blanket; but Nai has a heartbeat and a history for Vash to cherish.

Vash and Knives have been doing well; they haven't acted on their more taboo impulses in over a decade. Then Knives plumets into subdrop, and Vash comforts him the best way he knows how; his reservations slipping away one after the other as he relinquishes himself to the familiar love of his brother.

Summary
If that were not agony enough, Knives gazed back with open admiration, and though it pained him to see reciprocation of so unwholly affections uncommon between brothers, Wolfwood could not look away.
Could not tear his eyes as Knives leaned in, as Vash swayed closer to accept a careful kiss upon his cheek and to smile devotedly as his brother’s fingers stroked his face in tender caresses that threaded up into his hair.

Summary
Wolfwood can see the gears turning in that prickish (pretty) blonde head, steaming as Knives winds himself up— all hot and bothered over the deft flick of Wolfwood’s tongue. As for what’s going through that thick skull of his, Wolfwood has his guess, and it’s the echo of what Vash had said a few weeks ago.
‘Yeah! Nico gives real good head. You should try it sometime!’
Or later, when Wolfwood had been buried between his thighs, Vash had rolled over prodding his twin, ‘Looks good, right? Give him a chance, Nai.’
OR, Knives and Wolfwood let the intrusive thoughts win.
